MUD offer bespoke programmes of Social and Therapeutic Horticulture (STH).
It is our aim to improve the health and wellbeing of the local community through gardening by working with community groups, public and private sector and individuals.
We work with Greater Manchester Mental Health team BUZZ across the city to deliver Social and Therapeutic Horticulture programmes.
These sessions are relaxed and welcoming, the only thing required is a little bit of interest in getting well by gardening.
We are currently recruiting for our 'Dig Yourself Out' programme aimed at 18 - 30 year old men.
