About the event
Platt Fields Market Garden is situated in the old bowling greens at the Mabfield Road entrance of the park.
Come and discover the garden, taste some home grown vegetables or play in the mud corner!
Learn how to attract bugs and birds to your own garden and how you can re-purpose rubbish from your kitchen to grow your own food at home.
Activities include;
- Seed Balls and Bug Hotels
- Sowing seeds with recycled materials
- Garden Bingo
You will need 1 ticket for each person attending (children & adults).
