After an exceedingly dry Spring, we finally settled into a period of alternating sun and rain which is ideal for growing veg! We’ve been doing a lot of harvesting, as well as enjoying events such as the Witching Hour dub sessions and preparing for the Reggae Roots Rum Carribean festival, as well as of course our regular MUD Farmers Market.
We’re sad to say goodbye to our head chef and design extraordinaire Emily as she heads off to Japan for 3 months of culinary training but we’re also super excited for her time studying under a master and the exciting things she has planned for when she gets back!
