We have a strong track record of designing award winning gardens for the public and private sector. Visit our Design and Build page for more information.

  • MUD Kitchen is an ever evolving arm of MUD CIC. Our menu is influenced by the seasons and the diverse cultures that surround our gardens. We source only the freshest and finest ingredients from local organic farms and our very own market gardens. Visit our MUD Kitchen page to find out more and book catering.

  • We deliver inspirational and informative talks and workshops for the public and private sector. Book one of our directors to come to your organisation or come and visit one of our gardens for an event and share our story and experience.

  • MUD can facilitate team building days and corporate social responsibility (CSR) opportunities for small to large groups.

Organisations can join us to help out at events, on specific building projects, at our regular volunteer sessions or we can create a bespoke day for your team at one of our sites. We offer tailored corporate volunteer programs, you will join the team of organisations across Manchester who are all showcasing their social impact initiatives.

greater WellBeing

We follow the principles of the 5 ways to wellbeing and Social and Therapeutic Horticulture. We provide free programmes, events and services for the community to improve their physical and mental wellbeing through growing and eating food and developing skills whilst being in nature.

Healthy Environment

We practice organic and regenerative methods where ever we grow food, aiming to increase local biodiversity and soil health. We source any other materials and ingredients from Organic and local producers and create circular systems of waste management and production at all of our projects.

Strong Communities

We build resilient communities at our projects by offering alternative and accessible ways to socialise, gain skills and set up community groups and businesses. We provide new sustainable employment opportunities in the green sector, reduce social isolation and support the local economy.

“An excellent community space brimming with good ideas, and bringing together people who might not otherwise meet.”
