Table to Farm, Kitchen Farming Project & Chef Collaborations
We work with some of the best chefs in Manchester and love partnering with chefs and hospitality businesses who share our values and love for food that’s grown regeneratively.
Early on we wanted to work with chefs across the city.
To share learning and skills around growing hyper local and seasonal produce, using all parts of the plants, at different stages of its life cycle and how soil health can all impact flavour and quality of the food they serve.
Table to Farm was a training programme for chefs to get their hands in the soil, meet other chefs and improve wellbeing by getting out of the kitchen and into nature, connecting with food on a whole new level.
Kitchen Farming Project was a global project headed by Dan Barber. Joe Otway and his team came down and grew food over lockdown and went on to build Cinderwood Market Garden, where we consulted on and delivered a volunteer programme over the summer.

We’ve worked with Mary-Ellen Mc Tague, Eat Well, Sam Buckley, Track and DEYA Brewery, Honest Crust, ISCA, Lorcan Khan (Etta, Melbourne) Gwafu Vegan, Tartuffe, ARMR Stores, Beth Hammond (Tawny Stores, Marple), Mouse Kingdom Liqueurs and more to host supper clubs and food and drink events throughout the year.
