With the help of our local communiy we have created a unique space at Platt Fields Market Garden.

We started as volunteers growing vegetables and then built a small wooden structure to shelter from the worst of the elements (now the ‘Frog House’). Next came the Polytunnels, the Marquee, and the latest site addition is Sardar’s Art Hut.

These unusual spaces sit within a working market garden and make for unique places to gather for parties, weddings, workshops, wellbeing days conferences and meetings.

We can also cater your event with fresh, seasonal food from our on-site MUD Kitchen. What started as making seasonal comfort food for our volunteers has grown to a wide range of award winning catering services.

Our menu is influenced by the diverse cultures that surround our garden. We source only the freshest and finest ingredients from local organic farms and our very own market garden.

Every penny you spend on venue hire and catering goes right back into our not for profit social enterprise, supporting our objectives as a CIC; where we use nature and good food to improve wellbeing, strengthen communities and increase biodiversity.
