Sunrise Sauna Sessions

Sundays- 8am & 9am start times

Wake gently with the sun at our beautiful market garden in Platt Fields Park.

A 45min outdoor vinyasa yoga flow facing the rising sun will begin to warm us before we head into the wood fired sauna for an hour's relaxation. Start with a refreshing cold shower mist, then enter the Hive for your first round of heat. Mist off with the showers before taking a refreshing plunge in our cold water tanks. Try 3 cycles of hot and cold over 60mins or enjoy at your own pace.

Once you've dried off, enjoy a hot drink and breakfast made using organic produce and veg from the market garden and spend time relaxing in the garden for as long as you like.

Yoga is suitable for all levels and we provide mats. Please bring a bottle of water, swimwear and towel. Maximum 10 people per session. Sauna not suitable for pregnancy.
