About the event
Join us for a hot and cold experience with Hive sauna. Start with a refreshing cold shower mist, then enter the Hive for your first round of heat. Mist off with the showers before taking a refreshing plunge in our cold water tanks. Try 3 cycles of hot and cold over 60mins or enjoy at your own pace.
Dry off in the changing spaces then gather around the fire with a hot chocolate, chai, herbal or regular tea.
£32 per person
Please bring a bottle of water, swimwear and towel. Maximum 10 people per session. Sauna not suitable for pregnancy.
