FOOD STALLS

MUD kitchen

MUD kitchen will be serving kids friendly snacks using seasonal, organic ingredients and produce from the garden (plus serving free juice and water for the little ones).

Blackbird Pantry

Their description of ‘Anglo-Carribean Cuisine’ does not do justice to the utterly delicious jerk BBQ cooked up by Siobhan Sewell and her team. Always mouth-watering, sometimes eye-watering, highly recommended. @blackbirdpantry

Isca

Isca use excellent organic, seasonal produce from local farms and growers to create inventive dishes that showcase the best of the seasons.

They are serious about working in a way that is respectful of the planet, ingredients and the people and animals that produce them, and are zero waste and single use plastic-free.

Most of all though, Issy Jenkins is a talented and creative chef who has an instinct for quality ingredients and flavour pairing that creates always delicious food! @iscawines

Pomona Island is Manchester’s answer to the craft beer wave that’s still smoothly lapping its way across the country. Taking nods from breweries and styles all across the world, Pomona Island’s beer is varied and interesting.

As well as classic pale ales and IPAs, the team have explored the world of lambics and sours too – and to great effect!

Collaborations are also a crucial part of the Pomona Island way. By working with breweries including Northern Monk, Vocation Brewery and Double-Barrelled Brewery, fun and fearless beer creations that have been created that push the boundaries nicely.
