About the event

The team behind MUD, Platt Fields Market Garden and The Landing will discuss major learning points from their journey over the last 4 years of setting up several community food growing projects across the city.  From setting up a Community Interest Company (CIC/ Social Enterprise) to crop planning and running a veg box scheme, Mike, Jo and Sam will take you on a tour around the garden and then a short presentation followed by a group discussion/Q&A where you will be able to get advice and tips, whether you have already started a project, have something in the pipeline or are just curious about how MUD came to be.

Depending on the weather we will be either in The Frog House under shelter or out on the green.

We have chosen a pay it forward pricing structure to make the event accessible to everyone. Money raised from events like this are put straight back in to the business to allow us to keep the garden open to all.

Any quiries about the event please contact Jo on 07429263470 or email events@wearemud.org
