Alternative Independant Indoor Christmas Market with over 50 makers stalls and pop-up cafe!

Bored of the same old stall every year at the christmas markets? Want to buy local and support Manchester talent and social enterpirses? Want to stay warm and dry?!

Get down to The Christmas Fair this November and December! 

For the 5 weeks leading to Christmas we will be taking over 3 floors of the old Yang Sing restaurant with Ancoats Pop-Up and Grounded MCR.

The unbelievable location is 5 minute walk from St. Peters Square, Picadilly Gardens and Oxford Road.

It's wheelchair acessible and there is toilets on each floor.

What to expect...

Basement and Ground floor -

Over 50 independant market stalls

2nd Floor - 

We've transformed the former legendary restaurant into a wonderful winter woodland (so we dont miss the garden too much) which seats around 70 people. 

We've set it up so you can come in a big group or small. 

If you want to book a table for 6 people or more please email events@wearemud.org with the time, date and your name and we will get back to you.

MUD Kitchen serving seasonal comfort food such as toasties, pastries and soup and Grounded MCR serving delicious hot drinks including boozy hot chocs and espresso martinis. 

We will also be serivng mulled wine and apple juice to warm your cockles. 

Drop-in Wreath Making from £10pp

We also have a seperate workshop zone which fits up to 10 people. If you wanted to book the whole room for a group of 10 for an hour please get in touch with your name, date and time you want to book and we will get in touch. 

Otherwise just come along and drop in for £10pp on the day.

There will also be kids activities and baby chairs available on request.
