GGP are pleased to bring you this new and exciting 4 hour workshop - How to Design a Taoist Garden.
Run by 2 of our resident permaculturists who have over 10 years experience in garden design and philosophy, Izzy and Dan will be taking you on a journey through the Chinese concept of the Tao and how to design a garden that harmonizes with the course of nature.
The workshop will cover:
Ying Yang - The polarisation and balance
The Tao - The concept of mutually arising with nature
Li - Harmonising with natural patterns
Wu-Wei - Do nothing gardening
Through guided meditation, Taoist poetry and practical permaculture design, participants will be able to leave this workshop with hope for their environmental future, equipped with practical garden design techniques and inspiring natural wisdom.
