Harvest Feast with Eat Well MCR

A Harvest Festival Feast cooked by Manchester chefs Mary-Ellen McTague (Eat Well MCR), Issy Jenkins (ISCA) and Beth Hammond (Flawd/ Tawny Stores). The three course meal will be served in beautiful natural surroundings at Platt Fields Market Garden, as part of their Harvest Festival celebrations.  The chefs will be using a combination of gleaned produce from local farms, produce donated from local allotment keepers, and some beautiful organic produce from local growers.  The chefs are all known for their skills with seasonal produce, bringing the very best out of ingredients used in each dish.
