Soft Stuff for Hard Cash:
Okayu - A fragrant Japanese rice dish, topped with tamari + chilli oil. Like congee just a little thicker. Add extras if you're feeling fancy: mushroom skewers, pickles and ferments.
Poundies - My Irish Grandma's signature dish. Mashed potato, with a well of melted butter + milk. Some extra greens from the garden and more to throw on top if you're in the mood.
Doughnuts - No explanation needed. Expect some botanical twists.
Alongside the main events, expect some ice tea (yum), some boozy cocktails (probably) , a DJ (more than likely) and a giant bouncy castle (absolutely definitely not, sorry).
Come down and grab yourself some food and refresments.
